Cost of Terminating Contracts Study (COTCOS-II).

Abstract

This study had as its object the development of a curve of termination liability for use on Army shop set contracts. An 'equally likely' or average curve was graphically developed from eight sets of contract data. From this graphical curve an equation was developed. This equation provided an analytical curve that almost perfectly reproduced the original graphical curve. (Author)
