Current Major Projects of the Marine Physical Laboratory.

Abstract

This report describes the early 1976 status of major research programs at the Marine Physical Laboratory of the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, University of California, San Diego. The work is conducted in the four general topics of Ocean Acoustics, Sea Floor Studies and Technology, Signal Processing, and Environmental Studies. Special facilities used in the MPL research programs are described briefly. (Author)
