Abstract

This report covers in detail the solid state research work of the Solid State Division at Lincoln Laboratory for the period 1 August through 31 October 1976. The topics covered are Solid State Device Research, Quantum Electronics, Materials Research, Microelectronics, and Surface-Wave Technology. Funding is primarily provided by the Air Force, with additional support provided by the Army (BMDATC), ARPA, MSO, IPTO, NSF, and ERDA. (Author)
