International Semiconductors Conference 13th (1976),

Abstract

The major topics of this conference were generally the same as those emphasised at the two previous conferences (Stuttgart, 1974, and Warsaw, (1972). The following subjects which were of particular interest at this meeting are reviewed: surfaces and interfaces, excitons and exciton condensation, disordered semiconductors, and future semiconductor devices. In addition, selected presentations concerned with impurities, lattice dynamics, band structure, and one- and two-dimensional systems are also summarised. (Author)
