A Program for Software Quality Control,

Abstract

Three software tools developed by the Federal COBOL Compiler Testing Service for use in system quality control are described: a COBOL Compiler Validation System being used throughout the Federal Government to determine the degree to which COBOL compilers conform to the COBOL Standard; a system to facilitate the process of COBOL programs conversion; and a set of synthetic programs for system performance measurement.
