Reforger 77 Support -- Part A. An Independent Test of the Reforger 76 Support CLIMO Program.

Abstract

The maximum difference between a modeled climatology and the observed climatology is used to determine whether the modeled and observed are the same. Statistically significant differences were found, suggesting further development and study are needed. (Author)
