Training Requirements for the Naval Technical Information Presentation Program: A Needs Assessment.

Abstract

The purpose of this memorandum is to establish a dialogue between representatives of the Naval Technical Information Presentation Program (NTIPP) and the Naval Education and Training Command regarding the design of technical manuals (TMs) to better support training programs. Four broad issues which address Training Command interests in NTIPP are presented. For each issue background information is provided and one or more tentative recommendations are made.
