Abstract

During the third quarter, the major components of the test station were built, assembled, and successfully checked out at the vendors' plants. These components consisted of the following subsystems: Computer Control, Stimulus, Measurement, Interface and Laser Trimmer. The first four subsystems were integrated and checked as a total system by Hewlett-Packard. (Author)
