Investigation and Design of Electronic Circuitry Related to Noise and Radiation Effects for Solid State Devices and Circuits.

Abstract

This report details the design and operation of four different instrumentation systems. These are circuitry for evaluating the charge and discharge characteristics of Schottky diode detectors, an optical signal and random noise source, noise reduction circuitry and an IR detector three phase CCD scanning system.
