Abstract

This appendix summarizes results of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's participation in the survey. It is an integral and important part of the recommended plan for development of water and related land resources. The paln gives special attention to water and related land resource development opportunities which will stimulate economic growth and improve and welfare of people in the Region.
