An Approach Guidance System for Remotely-Piloted Vehicles.

Abstract

This report develops a guidance formulation with general applicability to the problem of the IFR landing of aircraft of any type; however, the formulation is specialized in this document to the case of a non-decelerating approach to the landing point. The control problem considered is the computer simulation of the automatic landing of a mini-RPV of the delta wing variety. (Author)
