Abstract

This report contains appendices to Volume I of the same title (ADA-041877). Included are tables of the CRPL exponential reference atmosphere, ray tracing diagrams (of Wong), and nomograms and maps with instructions for determining and forecasting D-values. The origin of these materials and the general procedures in which they are used are explained in Volume I. (Author)
