IRR Preassignment Test Baseline Data Collection and Analysis.

Abstract

This report presents the results of the collection and analysis of baseline data to support the evaluation logic for testing alternative IRR preassignment systems in FY78, identifies certain additional data that should also be developed for use during the testing and evaluation, and describes the organization and functions of the Test Directorate designed to conduct the test as presented in the IRR Preassignment Test Plan.
