Abstract

The Urban Runoff and Basin Drainage Report presents a comprehensive plan for meeting the existing and long range urban drainage needs within the Cedar River Basin. The study recommendations address drainage facilities, capital cost, methods of financing and institutional arrangements for effective drainage management. The recommended plans are conceptual and are intended for use by local governments as a guide in the future planning of drainage systems.
