NPS Gains Module of the ELIM-COMPLIP System of Manpower Planning Models.

Abstract

The NPS Gains Module is an enhancement of the Army's ELIM-COMPLIP Manpower Requirements Analysis Model. The NPS Gains Module uses a historical time-series data base as the foundation of a non-linear regression analysis which makes 12-month forecasts of NPS accessions for various classes of enlistees. The output of the NPS Gains Module can be used to provide additional supply constraints for COMPLIP. (Author)
