Navy Diver Tools, Development and Evaluation.

Abstract

The history and current status in the development and evaluation of Navy diver tools is discussed in detail. The purposes of the report are: (1) to present all available data concerned with the suitability of selected tools for Naval fleet use, (2) to indicate the requirements for additional evaluation tests and (3) to present data useful to designers and users of underwater tools.
