Abstract

The progress of the Manufacturing Methods and Technology Program for Miniature High Voltage Multiplier Modules is described in this Third Quarterly Report. Rectangular multipliers with various versions of capacitor banks and rectifier-substrate assemblies were fabricated and tested. Curved capacitor banks were evaluated. (Author)
