Organizational Effectiveness in the US Army

Abstract

This study is an assessment for the Chief of Staff, Army of Army-wide Organizational Effectiveness (OE) activities and training and includes a recommended strategy and courses of action for institutionalizing the application of the technology. The study focuses on the long-term development and sustainment of an Army-wide OE capability from the standpoint of organization, staffing, resources, and management requirements.
