Impact Model of Managers' Interpersonal Communication Styles in an Industrial and a Navy Civilian Organization.

Abstract

Internal consistency and test-retest reliabilities of the 13 measures of a communications model were calculated along with factor validations and convergent validities. Path analytic trimming of the original model was completed for two results in two organizations. Generally, reliabilities, validities, and path coefficients were similar for the two organizations, one a private industrial firm, the other, a government agency. (Author)
