Nanoose Range Current Characteristics at 274m Depth

Abstract

The current structure at 274m depth in the Nanoose test range was studied to determine component speeds along-range centerline and cross-range centerline. This followed an earlier investigation to delineate water layers with minimum motion. Decision criteria for determining the necessity of testing-support current measurement are presented.
