A Human Factors Taxonomy

Abstract

This paper surveys the topic of human factors in the form of a taxonomy. The taxonomy, a classification system based on the theory underlying the subject, is a valuable tool for surveying human factors. This taxonomy divided human factors into individual, small group, and large group categories as primary divisions. The sub-levels of each address information input, processing, and the attitudinal reactions which result.
