Geomorphology and Geology of the Rampart Range, Colorado.

Abstract

This report analyzes data relating to the Rampart Range of the Colorado Front Range and an adjacent portion of the Colorado Piedmont. The geomorphology, topography, drainage systems, and landscape of the study region are described. Geologic data relating to structure and history are also presented as are the characteristics and distribution of all geologic formations in the area.
