Visits to Hydraulic Laboratories in the Netherlands and England, April 1969.
Abstract
The writer, who was director of the WES in 1969, visited three foreign laboratories and concluded that there are many common programs and problems. He found that there were more similarities about model scales and techniques than there were differences. The differences, where they occur red, were mostly due to differences in the problems being studied.
