Energy Dependent Air/Ground Correction Factors for the ATR (Air Transport of Radiation) Code.

Abstract

Energy dependent air/ground correction factors were generated by the use of two dimensional radiation transport calculations for neutrons, secondary gamma rays and prompt gamma rays. The correction factors were parameterized by least squares curve fitting techniques and the results incorporated into Version 4 of the ATR (Air Transport of Radiation) code to produce an ATR Version 4.1.
