The Process of Role Perception Between Subordinates and Superordinates in a Missile Wing.

Abstract

Systematic sources of variance in perception have been identified with target and perceiver role variables. Three levels of the Titan missile Operations Squadrons attributed roles to levels above and levels below on the superordinate role rating and subordinate behavior rating. (Author)
