Abstract

This appendix presents the Corps of Engineer's plan formulation concepts in developing wastewater management alternatives for the San Francisco Bay and Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Region. In addition to an introduction, this appendix is arranged into the following sections: Scope of Study, Synopsis of Background Information, Treatment Technologies, Initial Development of Alternatives, Final Wastewater Management Alternatives, Economic Considerations and Design Flexibility, Evaluation, and System Performance and Discussion.
