A Study of Potential Contributions of Small Group Behavior Research to Team Training Technology Development.

Abstract

A review of the small group behavior research literature revealed numerous potential contributions to team training technology development. Theories, methods and techniques, and findings on substantive variables in group interaction, group performance and productivity, group growth and development, and group motives and goals are emphasized. Research program recommendations are presented. An annotated bibliography is included. (Author)
