Permanent Deformation of Flexible Pavements

Abstract

The report presents details of 2nd and 3rd year's work on Permanent Deformation of Flexible Pavement. A pavement test facility capable of applying realistic wheel loads and speeds to semi-full scale pavements was successfully developed. Progress was made on a limited scale for testing theoretical predictions of performance. Work on this will continue in a follow-up study.
