Acoustic Measurements on Edo 60-Inch Lucite Sonar Dome,

Abstract

Measurements made to determine the acoustic properties of a 60 inch lucite dome manufactured by the Edo Aircraft Corporation are presented. The results indicate that the dome is acoustically unsuitable for use with sonar equipment operating at frequencies above 10 kc. (Author)
