Materiel Returns Criteria.

Abstract

This Report contains the results of analyses pertaining to the excess materiel returns processes for materiel managed by DoD Components and the General Services Administration. The data used for the analyses was obtained from published reports, DoD Component and GSA briefings, data submissions and on-site research. Conclusions and recommendations based on these analyses are included in the Report.
