Topical Hazard Evaluation Program of Candidate Insect Repellent AI3-36460, 2-(4-Chlorophenylthio) Ethanol, March 1976 - August 1977.

Abstract

AI3-36460 was evaluated on New Zealand White rabbits for its potential to cause skin and eye irritations. The data obtained serve as a basis for making a recommendations concerning its potential use on humans. This recommendation is intended only for guidance in further entomological testing of this compound. No further testing is planned for AI3-36460 because of the irritations produced. (Author)
