User's Guide to Computer Program for Estimating Airplane Local Flow Field Due to Wing-Body Effects.

Abstract

This report describes a computer program, and its use, which has been written to determine, using a relatively simple model, the local flow field about an airplane due to wing-body effects. The program includes compressibility effects up to the critical Mach number. It takes as inputs various geometric parameters and the flight condition (in terms of Mach number, lift coefficient, and angle of attack). (Author)
