Source-Region EMP Coupling Related Tests: Rectangular Geometry,

Abstract

This report describes a series of source-region EMP experiments. Measured data are compared with pretest calculations of the predicted responses of simple rectangular gamma-thick and gamma-thin structures that were exposed to ionizing radiation. Predicted values of Compton current also are compared with data obtained by using a Compton diode and Rogowski coils in collimated and uncollimated configurations.
