Abstract

This report reviews the principles which were the basis for the improvement of the technical servicing of airplanes and helicopters. The work was performed by the State Scientific-Research Institute of Civil Aviation together with the Administration of Aviation-Engineer Service and the Department of Labor and Wages of the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MGA). The work was the result of putting into operation a large number of aircraft with gas-turbine engines, the intensive development of agricultural aviation, and, as a result, the considerable increase in the volume of technical servicing.
