A Study of Aerosol Assessment Instrumentation.

Abstract

Under this program, an up-to-date survey of commerical instruments available for measurement of aerosols was conducted. Aerosol properties of interest were size, concentration, stability, and composition. Aerosol instruments were classified according to their measurement principles and capabilities. An analysis of cost effectiveness for a specific application was performed after identifying the information required and instrument capabilities. (Author)
