Reinforcement of Gas Turbine Blades by Technological Methods,

Abstract

The article discusses the more important methods and means which increase the durability, dependability, and heat resistance of gas turbine blades. New materials from which blades are constructed are discussed as well as the technology of their manufacture. The protective coatings used to reinforce the blades and increase their resistance to corrosion are presented.
