Air Quality Assessment Model for Air Force Operations - Short-Term Emission/Dispersion Computer Code Documentation.
Abstract
The Air Force contracted with Argonne National Laboratory to develop a series of computer programs called the Air Quality Assessment Model (AQAM). The source emissions inventory routine of AQAM was designed to handle complex emission sources with emphasis on aircraft. A short term emission/dispersion model for hourly air quality predictions and a long term emission/dispersion model for monthly and annual predictions are also in AQAM. This report documents only the short term model. Flow charts, computer listings, and brief descriptions of each subroutine are included. They are intended for readers with a computer background who wish to examine or alter the computer code. (Author)
