HOWGOZIT: A Model for Naval Aviation Training.

Abstract

The objective of HOWGOZIT is to provide an evaluation (HOW) of the progress (GOES) of pilot training toward meeting planned goals (IT). This paper discusses the organization and flow of data through the system. The concept was demonstrated in a scenario based upon the transition from the current Undergraduate Pilot Training System to the Navy Integrated Flight Training System. (Author)
