Fuel Cell Power System and Equipment Bay for High Altitude, Super- Pressured, Powered Aerostat (HASPA) Operational Manual

Abstract

This contract is for the development of an H2-O2 fuel cell system for use as the power source in the HASPA feasibility program. Besides propulsive power, the fuel cell must supply power to navigation and communication systems and other electronic components. The HASPA is a lighter than air unmanned platform that operates continuously at high altitude for long periods of time, and maintains an assigned station through powered maneuverability.
