Phase-Difference Processing Incorporating Time-Alignment and Time-Compression Techniques

Abstract

This report describes a system for measuring the instantaneous phase difference between two signals as a function of time. This system allows the user to apply various time-difference and doppler corrections to the signals in order to obtain minimum (in the least-squares sense) phase difference between the signals.
