Abstract

This document presents a program plan developed to establish a course of action whereby the Director, Navy Energy R and D Office, may effectively carry out the responsibilities of his assigned charter, and to provide the Navy with a structured approach to energy R and D that responds to Navy energy requirements and at the same time complements and becomes an integral part of the national and Department of Defense energy R and D programs. Also discussed in this document is the methodology used in developing the plan, including the selection of goals, strategies and objectives for the Navy Energy R and D program. (Author)
