Quenching of Vibrationally Excited N2 by SO2.

Abstract

A photoionization detection technique has been used to measure the rate of quenching of vibrationally excited N2 by SO2. The quenching rate coefficient was determined to be (6 + or - 2.3) times 10 to the -16th power cu.cm./molecule/sec. (Author)
