Conceptual Design of a Pilot Wastewater Irradiating Facility.
Abstract
A conceptual design of a pilot wastewater irradiation treatment plant is discussed. The report is divided into three sections. The first section deals with the overall plant layout. This includes the interface to a conventional plant and radiation shield design. Part two examines peripheral equipment and the selection of a gamma ray source. Finally nuclear design considerations are discussed in part three. (Author)
