Manufacturing Methods and Techniques for Miniature High Voltage Hybrid Multiplier Modules.

Abstract

The progress made during the fifth quarter of work on the Manufacturing and Technology Program for Miniature High Voltage Multiplier Modules is described in this report. The results of electrical performance testing at the room, high (+52 C) and low (-54C) temperatures as well as effects of thermal shock, and high and low temperature storage are presented. (Author)
