A Production Engineering Measure for Two L Band Solid State Microwave Frequency Sources.

Abstract

This report describes the specifications and approach, and details the work completed in the design and fabrication of an L Band Radiosonde Modulator/Transmitter and an L band FM Source. Q of microstrip resonators and the ability to screen conductor material through substrate holes are being investigated in the thick film materials evaluation program. Production planning is in progress and plans have been formulated for the fourth set of engineering samples. (Author)
