Abstract

The technical reports which comprise this volume provide detailed documentation of the technical work accomplished under this contract. These reports were written throughout the period of the contract and were originally submitted as appendices to the various Semi-Annual Technical Reports. Substantively these reports treat the range of topics dealt with under this contract including the role of forecasting in foreign policy planning, an evaluation of various analytic methods used in forecasting and policy planning, an evaluation of the some of the major empirical studies of international behavior for forecasting and policy planning, and extensive treatments of the various components of Saudi Arabian planning simulation.
