Position-Sensitive Radiation Detector,

Abstract

This invention is a position-sensitive detector which consists of a detector, a viewing window transparent in the electromagnetic spectral range, a screening housing and electrical leads. In order to broaden its spectral range and increase its sensitivity and speed, the sensing element is made from a pyroactive crystal of barium titanate.
