Manufacturing Methods and Technology (MM and T) Measure for Fabrication of Silicon Transcalent Thyristor.
Abstract
This fourth Quarterly Report describes the progress on the MM and TE program for transcalent (Heat-pipe cooled) thyristors. Production engineering measures for the device and the pertinent state-of-the-art on the sample devices are included. Final test results on the engineering sample devices shipped and initial test results on the first confirmatory samples are listed. (Author)
