Semiconductivity in Organoarsenic Materials.

Abstract

A general investigation of the macromolecule formation abilities of the hypothetical monomeric unit, RE, where R is an organic group and E either arsenic or antimony, resulted in the development of several novel crystalline materials possessing unique structural and electrical properties. Technical reports, publications, and oral presentations are tabulated. (Author)
