Abstract

The Trainer Development Program (TRADEP) of the U.S. Army Infantry School, Ft. Benning, GA was evaluated in order to determine the degree to which TRADEP accomplishes its appointed mission. Program plans and achievements were examined and compared to referenced standards. Those program elements studied included the Implementation Plan, System Management, Staffing, and the standard ISD processes. Recommendations were made in the areas of command support, staff and resources, and Technical and doctrinal questions. It was concluded that TRADEP should be made available to all TRADOC Schools.
